The Root - manCode - Atlanta 2015

The Root’s 2015 manCODE, sponsored by Prudential, was an opportunity to increase focus on and understanding of the African-American male experience in America, with particular focus on entrepreneurship, social justice and legacy. manCODE is a multigenerational conversation that looks at how far men have come and how far they have to go. The Atlanta event was moderated by popular TV anchor DeMarco Morgan from WXIA. Guest panelists include the Rev. Raphael Warnock of Ebenezer Baptist Church; Tirrell Whittley, CEO of Liquid Soul Media; Courtney English, chairman of the Atlanta Board of Education; James Andrews, founder of True Story Agency; and Prudential Vice President Dele Oladapo.
